2 Cucumbers, 10 pieces of Mint OR Scent Leaves, 2 pieces of Lemon, 2 pieces or 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 2 Litres of drinkable Water
Put everything together and blend with a glass of water (do not add lemon yet)
Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Cut and squeeze the lemon into the mixture.
Add all the water, strain and drink throughout the day.
1 Lemon, 1 cucumber, 1 tablespoon
grated ginger, A bunch of Parsley, 1 Glass of Aloe Vera juice and a half glass of drinkable water
Put all together and blend until very smooth.
