Rapid Weight Loss

If there is one question people keep on asking me from time to time, it’s always about how they can lose weight or burn belly fat as fast as possible. Losing weight is something almost every person wants to do, especially ladies. But I must say that as much as this is achievable, it is one process that takes a lot of determination and motivation.

It’s even more propelling if you have a mental picture of what you wish to look like, or the body weight you desire because this will serve as a push to your final goal or destination.

Apart from you doing moderate exercise, and adopting good eating habits, staying away from fried, junk foods and the rest in order to lose weight, one of my greatest desires, and indeed my pleasure is to help you quick start and achieve your desired weight. At the end of the day, I will be more fulfilled to see you happier and jumpy in your new appearance.

In the course of the week, I was able to research and come up with a few healthy and time proven recipes that will help you lose weight, get the body you desire and most of all feel healthier. Here we go.

Recipe 1

5 Pieces lemon
5 Cloves of garlic
I Table Spoon of Grated or powdered Ginger
2 Litres of water


Cut lemons into halves
Extract the juice and set aside
Add lemon peels, garlic and ginger to water and boil on low heat till it gets to boiling point. Allow to cool down, drain, add lemon juice and drink a cup first thing in the morning and a cup before bedtime. You may add honey or any natural sweetener to your concoction if you desire.

NOTE: If you don’t have Lemon, you can use orange instead.

Recipe 2

1cup parsley
3slices of pineapple with skin (wash pineapple before slicing)
1stalk celery


Wash and blend all ingredients together
Allow to stand for about 20mins after preparation for the optimum nutritional benefit. Drink every morning at least 1-2hours before breakfast.

Recipe 3

1tbs Turmeric (grated or powdered)
1tbs ginger (grated or powdered)
Black pepper (¼ of a teaspoon)
Cinnamon (a small stick)
Mint leaf (a few pieces)
2tbs lemon juice
2cups of water


Into boiling water, add all ingredients except turmeric, boil for 5mins.
Finally, add turmeric and boil for another 2mins.
Allow to cool down, but still warm.
Add lemon juice.
Strain and drink on empty stomach twice daily for 2weeks, stop for a week and resume again for another 2week, until you achieve your desired weight.
Add a little hot water to warm up the evening portion.

Recipe 4

1tea spoon Cinnamon
2tbs honey
2cups water
Boil water, add cinnamon. Allow to boil for 2mins. Allow to cool down. Add honey and drink twice daily for a month


Remember that water is a major component of your weight loss exercise. So, you must drink a lot of water throughout and after your weight loss. In addition, cut down your food size, take more fibers, eat more fruits and veggies, increase your protein intake, avoid fried foods and of course, take a 30mins walk at least 3ce a week if that’s all you can.

• Fights Diabetes by lowering the blood sugar levels.
• Cinnamon can help with weight loss and maintenance, by helping to prevent the increase of fat storage. It also decreases blood sugar, which is important for losing weight.
• Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties, hence may help with bone health against pain and swelling.
• Defends against cognitive or neurodegenerative diseases. May help with Parkinson’s disease.

These and many more are the health benefits of Cinnamon. But I just mentioned a few since our focus for this post is basically for weight loss.
